Richard has been a dedicated Systemic Practitioner since 2006, offering extensive expertise through his private practice and his work with the UK Parliament via Reconnect Coaching. His diverse experience spans working with individuals, families, NGOs, the UK Police, and various arts organisations.
In addition to his practice, Richard has spearheaded significant projects, including "Exploring Child/Teacher Relationships," engaging 100 students across three schools. He also led two Arts Council UK initiatives: "The Lasting Effects of War: Social Health" and "Dover Unlocked: How Artists’ Perspectives Reframe a Fragmented Past."
Richard has been mentored by esteemed professionals such as Judith Hemming, Jutta ten Herkel, and Richard Walstein, drawing inspiration from the work of Bert Hellinger. He has also organised workshops and completed training with Mark Wolynn. His qualifications include certifications in Systemic Facilitation (CSC London), Crisis and Trauma Management Counselling (ACP), Psychology (ROSPA IPHM), and Global Diplomacy (SOAS).
